KELO

In Québec City, Delta 4, also known as KELO, pairs copper-toned cladding with pale masonry. Projecting balconies and changes in material define the facade, while screened outdoor spaces help protect residents' privacy.

UNICO's U-P16 profile highlights the upper floors and appears as an accent between openings. Its vertical relief creates shifting light and shadow that enrich the facade and bring out the finish's nuances.
